Slow Carb Diet

Stop eating white carbohydrates - Rice - Pasta - Bread - Potatoes - Tortillas - Cereals

So stick to these three categories: - main proteins (eggs, beef, pork, chicken breast or thigh), - legumes (black beans, red beans, soya beans, borlotti beans and lentils) and - vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, asparagus, peas, green beans, sauerkraut and kimchi). - avoid milk, soy milk, and fruit juice - Avoid fruits (Tomatoes and avocadoes are exception) - Eat protein rich breakfast - Can eat eggs, cottage cheese, turkey bacon and protein shake in breakfast

Dont miss breakfast, avoid overeating
