Second principle - Focus on skill identified above
Third principle - decide a target performance level (aka good enough level )
Fourth principle - break your skill into sub skill
Fifth principle - identify tools you need
Sixth principle - identify and block any distractions
Seventh principle - make time to practice your skill
Eighth principle - Get feedback and improve on it
Ninth principle - practice your skill 3 - 5 times in a day, for 20 mins each
Tenth principle - ensure repetition instead of perfection
